Our Distribution Centre in Australia will be processing orders as normal while they continue to maintain a high standard of hygiene & safety by using face masks and gloves, sanitising equipment and implementing precautionary in-house protocols when despatching orders.
International and domestic orders will be processed as normal, however there are unforeseen delays experienced with postal networks worldwide. There are also slight changes to how you receive your parcel such as removal of ‘signature on delivery’ service from some of our service providers to minimise the risk of spreading the virus. Some countries under mandated quarantine may also experience shipping delays.

Please also note that orders will be processed as normal from our Distribution Centre but depending on the country quarantine policies of your country, there could be potential delays.
