Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a withdrawal request through the self-service return and withdrawal function available on your order status page. The order status page can be accessed via the links provided in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

Upon submission of a withdrawal request, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.

Returning Your Items

Following submission of a withdrawal request, products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal request is made.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the cost of returning products to Vacay Swimwear.

Vacay Swimwear does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse return shipping costs unless required by applicable law.

Returned products remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Vacay Swimwear. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Swimwear Hygiene Requirements

As Vacay Swimwear sells swimwear and intimate apparel products, all returned items must satisfy our hygiene requirements.

To be eligible for a refund, return or withdrawal:

• Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Protective hygiene liners and hygiene seals must remain fully intact and attached.
• Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, fragrances, deodorant marks, stains, damage or any other signs of wear.
• Items must be returned in their original condition suitable for resale.

Customers are encouraged to try on swimwear over their own underwear to maintain hygiene standards.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, Vacay Swimwear reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or withdrawal request where a hygiene liner or hygiene seal has been removed, altered or damaged, or where the product shows evidence of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

Nothing in this section affects your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Refunds

Once returned products have been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed without undue delay.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Vacay Swimwear reserves the right to withhold a refund until returned goods have been received and inspected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at customers@vacayswimwear.com.au so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Your statutory consumer rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
