Need to return a product for a different size or style? No worries.
Please note: we will only offer a refund for full priced items, this excludes sale items and purchases where a discount code has been used. In order for Vacay Swimwear to accept returns for different styles/sizes bought online through our online store, you will need to follow these steps below:

You must include the following with your return item(s):
The Returns Slip found in your parcel, which has been filled out (please ensure all sections of the slip are completed correctly to ensure fast processing).
- The garment/s you’re wanting to return.
The postage and handling costs of return shipping is incurred by the customer, not Vacay Swimwear. It is recommended to keep note of your in-bound tracking as Vacay Swimwear is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this period will not be accepted
- All original tags must remain attached to the item(s)
- Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
Please note: all items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:
- No refunds for items purchased using store credits, gift cards and discount codes.
- Returns and Store Credits can only be processed for orders made through our online store. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.
- Returns that do not include the completed Return Slip will be returned to sender.
- Although we try our absolute best to process refunds and store credits as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days.
- Sale items located on the 'sale' section of our website are final and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
- A store credit/gift card can not be used in conjunction with any other discount codes at checkout.
In the unlikely event that an item is defective on arrival, please contact email@example.com stating your order number in the subject line. Please include a picture of the fault. We will happily organise a replacement once we have inspected the item.
For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Vacay Swimwear will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
