Please include a completed Return Slip (found in your parcel, or download our Return Slip HERE). Please ensure all sections of the slip are completed correctly to ensure fast processing.
To ensure your return reaches us safely, we suggest using a trackable postal service. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
We accept returns for Store Credit. If you wish to Exchange for a different style/size, please request a Store Credit. You can then re-purchase your preferred style/size in your own time. Please carefully read our policy below to check your return eligibility.

Please select sizes carefully as we do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

We are happy to accept eligible returns for store credit. This way you can repurchase your desired item/s in your own time.

All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival. We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our conditions below. If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge.

The postage and handling costs of return shipping is incurred by the customer, not Vacay Swimwear.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective on arrival, please contact customers@vacayswimwear.com.au stating your order number in the subject line. Please include a picture of the fault. We will happily organise a replacement once we have inspected the item.

For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Vacay Swimwear will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent back outside this period will not be accepted.

All original tags must remain attached to the item(s)

Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition and supplied packaging.

OUR POLICY:

Returns can only be processed for orders made through our online store. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.

Although we try our absolute best to process your return as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days.

Sale items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ or items located on the 'CLEARANCE' section of our website are final and cannot be returned, other than in the event of them being faulty.

Due to hygiene reasons, all male SWIM BRIEFS are ineligible for a return of any kind, other than in the event of being faulty.

A store credit/gift card can not be used in conjunction with any other discount codes at checkout.

Postage & handling fees of a return are incurred by the customer, not Vacay Swimwear.

If you add any 'FREE' items to your cart at checkout and decide to return the products you purchased, you must also include the 'FREE' items in your return to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that Shipping Protection insurance is a non-refundable service.
